LG thrash Mongolz, Na`Vi beat NiP

Luminiosity reinforced their group leadership by taking down TheMongolz, 16-6, on de_inferno. Meanwhile Natus Vincere dug Ninjas in Pyjamas deeper underground by winning on de_overpass, 16-13.
Luminosity came into this match as the clear favorites to win this match after beating Na`Vi and fnatic.
TheMongolz, championed by Semmler and Moses, had been struggling all day as they lost by large margins to both mousesports and Na`Vi.
Luminosity started out flying across the map as they won the pistol round and the following ecos, finding themselves three rounds up and putting on the aggression.
Unable to do much damage. Themongolz quickly found themselves against the ropes with a 5-0 deficit. Meanwhile, Luminosity kept racking up rounds and denying the Asian team any hope.
It was on the seventh round, however, when TheMongolz managed to get themselves on the board for the first time. Luminosity went on to win the eigth, however, resetting Themongolz’s money.
fer has been crucial all day
Despite the plant money coming in handy and the Mongolian side still managing to buy three AK’s an AWP and a Tec 9, Luminosity tallied up their ninth and tenth rounds, running away with the match.
Themongolz were able to win the last two rounds of the half, settling the score at 12-3 in the mid, but losing the CT side pistol round, it was just too little too late as the Brazilians were able to close out the match despite giving up three rounds, 16-6.

NiP and Na`Vi on the other hand both struggled after their first three matches in Katowice, as they both came into their matchup with one win and two losses.
NiP won the first pistol round on de_overpass without much of a struggle on the CT side, losing only one member to the CIS side. Na`Vi, in expected fashion, bought Tec 9s, Desert Eagles, and armor to get themselves a plant on A site. NiP were able to retake, however, securing the second round.
A Galil buy on the third round was not fruitful for Na`Vi, as NiP managed to bag the round as well as the next against an ecoing rival. Finally all bought up, Na`Vi managed to put themselves on the board after closing out the round in a late two on two.
Na`Vi won their second round, forcing NiP on an eco, which the former one and put themselves within one point of the Swedish side. Na`Vi tied it up with a very unpredictable play, as the players were constantly pushing for information and looking for engagements around the map.
The game entered a back-and-forth as the teams traded rounds until NiP linked two together to put themselves ahead 7-5 and force Na`Vi on an eco. The half ended 8-7 for the Swedes, but Egor "flamie" Vasilyev merited a special mention as he was carrying his teammates with a 17-13 score, 8 frags more than Ladislav "GuardiaN" Kovács and Ioann "Edward" Sukhariev.
Na`Vi started out their CT half in solid manner, wiping out NiP without even losing a player. The game soon tied up 9-9, and NiP won a crucial round after winning all their trades in an A execute and pushing the CIS side into money problems.
The match tensed up again as the teams traded rounds, 11-11, and NiP were looking like they had Na`Vi more or less figured out, and only needed to connect their shots, which they did the next two rounds, putting themselves ahead 13-11. Na`Vi weren’t about to give up, however, as they crawled back into the lead after winning three straight rounds and bringing the match down to the line.
A 2vs1 clutch by Danylo "Zeus" Teslenko against Patrik "f0rest" Lindberg and Christopher "GeT_RiGhT" Alesund in the 28th round put his side on 15 rounds, with two match points. The CT side at this point also had much better utility, and the Swedish side just couldn’t do anything stop Na`Vi from closing out the match.
